For a reserved file that is uploaded with ONE PUT: a new signed URL for the same reservation, the same checksum and the same length, once the first has expired (they live fifteen minutes) or been spent on a try that failed. The reservation, and the space it holds, is the same; nothing is reserved again. A multipart file asks for each part’s URL instead (NOT_SINGLE).
