Install for Zoho CRM

  1. Install Sloose for Zoho CRM from Zoho Marketplace. It adds a Sloose tab to your CRM.
  2. Open the tab and sign in with Zoho. If you are an administrator, that is the whole setup: your modules and fields are read on the way through, so the org arrives discovered.
  3. Choose which modules Sloose imports into, on org settings → Modules. This is also where you set what each is called and which field identifies a record.
  4. Optionally, annotate fields so auto-mapping knows what they mean. The alias you will use most can be taught from the Map step as you work.

Nothing above needs a further Zoho grant. Connecting the org — offline access, so the server can read your CRM when nobody is present — is separate and only needed for unattended work; see Discovery.

Sloose never stores your CRM records. Rows you import stay in your browser until they are written to Zoho. If you enable AI features, only the samples you allow leave your browser, and fields you mark as personal data are masked first.
